        <![CDATA[<p>No aspect of the current intellectual property struggle bothers me more than the implicit presumption by so many software makers and content providers that all consumers of media are information pirates and need to be treated as guilty until proven otherwise. </p>

<p>That aside, and wise providers have realized this, the money is only barely in content anymore, especially in music. Other revenue streams need to be exploited or created. The industry simply must change.</p>]]>
