This is a little outside my area of expertise, but that's why I thought it might be interesting: I've just posted over on IntentBlog, a relatively new blog started by Deepak Chopra and Shekhar Kapur. I don't usually participate in communities that are more focused on things like spirituality rather than topics like business or technology, so I'm hoping it'll be a good stretch to try to learn from an audience that's a little bit difference.

I also usually don't participate in a lot of "Indian" websites, though I'm flattered that I get asked, because I think that's a part of my identity that's important to me, but relatively private. I'll be trying to participate in IntentBlog whenever possible so that I can try writing about some new topics and from a new perspective. And at the very least, I'll be reading the blog to see what it has to offer.

Hi Anil!

Read your entry at the Intentblog and thought I'd come by and see what you're up to! Of course, I recognize Six Apart since I'm a livejournal blogger - feel free to check out my personal blog.

I'm trying to learn more about using a blog for business. I'm learning basic HTML and will eventually get a host, domain name and learn all about XML and blog software. So, I'll be checking back here often since you seem to be the man in the know!

Namaste, Sheba

Hello Anil - thanks to the pointer to Intent Blog. Very first impression: I am struggling with the reality of an Indian focused web site without the deep rich colours and "fancy" embellishments. But thats my problem.

It will be interesting to watch this site.

Ah, Deepak Chopra... who basically says that the poor (esp in India) are there because they don't exercise enough effort into not becoming poor.

Not to be cynical, I hope the IntentBlog does whatever good it has set out to do, in anycase.
