Hmm, one of those things that you knew they were going to get around to eventually: Froogle Wishlists. I think there were about 35 really bad dot-coms that were trying to make generic web-wide wishlists back during the bubble (I think I still have an I've Been Good t-shirt around somewhere) but ecommerce was still probably too young and immature to support the idea back then. Plus, Google's got fairly good distribution.
On the other hand, aren't Froogle's results still kinda sucky and ugly? Is it just me?

I'd call them the worst component of the Google brand.
I had high hopes for Froogle, but to this point Yahoo shopping has been much better.
What is really weird is that Google Catalogs section. I wonder who they are paying to scan in all those pages?
Yes, they are indeed the ugliest and least reliable bits of data that Google throws back. The irksome thing about the Froogle Shopping List is that, once you find what it is you're looking for (in the course of ordinary browsing), you have to find it again via Froogle, which can be frustrating at best.
I wrote about Froogle wishlists on my site a few days back. In short, I really dislike the fact that they use your email address in the wishlist URI. To me, this does not comply with their "Don't Be Evil" mantra.
