Where did you get the idea that popularity is easy? I've been nice to my mother in law for ten years and she's a bitch from hell. She's really pissed at the moment because I've outlived my cancer prognosis and I think she wants to sue the hospital for negligence.
The easy popularity you speak of comes to a time served blogger like yourself and is pretty hard for a newbie.
